Peace Studies Program
Housed within the Columbian College's Department of Religion, the Peace Studies Program encourages students to explore the multiple meanings of peace, the relationship between peace and conflict and the role of peace at local and global levels.
The program offers a Bachelor of Arts and a minor in Peace Studies. In peace studies coursework, students examine peace in its philosophical and religious dimensions, as an important aspect of international affairs and as a vital part of social, economic and environmental justice.
