Paul Duff
Paul B. Duff received his BA and MA in Religion from Miami University (Ohio) and earned his PhD from the University of Chicago. From 1997-2003, he chaired the Department of Religion. From 2003-2011, he served as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies for the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences. He recently co-led the university's self-study for reaccreditation (2016-2018). He has published numerous articles on early Christianity as well as the following books: Jesus Followers in the Roman Empire (Eerdmans, 2017); Moses in Corinth: The Apologetic Context of 2 Corinthians 3 (Brill, 2015); and Who Rides the Beast? Prophetic Rivalry and the Rhetoric of Crisis in the Churches of the Apocalypse (Oxford University Press, 2001).
